Inside the GYROTONIC® Manhattan Studio

The spacious, fully equipped GYROTONIC® Manhattan studio is ideally located at 315 West 57th Street, Suite 208, in New York City, New York. Nestled in a light-filled corner of a luxury professional/residential building in the heart of Columbus Circle, GYROTONIC® Manhattan is convenient to public transportation, the Westside Highway, and parking, as well as a wide variety of accommodations for out-of-town clients.

The GYROTONIC® Manhattan studio, the largest GYROTONIC®-only studio in New York City, is run by Sebastian Plettenberg, an Authorized Master Trainer of Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methodology. Plettenberg is assisted in the studio by two Authorized Master Trainers and nine Certified Trainers, which form one of the most dedicated and qualified groups of Gyrotonic / GYROKINESIS®  teachers in the world. The calm and uncluttered environment of the GYROTONIC® Manhattan studio allows clients to escape the bustling “New York City lifestyle” and practice with concentration.

At the GYROTONIC® Manhattan studio, clients discover they can have both privacy and convenience while receiving superior instruction in Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis methodology.
