Private and Semi-Private sessions are available seven days a week from 8am to 8pm, by appointment only, we offer Online Scheduling thru our Website for your convenience. Simply click on the Schedule Link in our Homepage and you will be redirected to our Web scheduler. Each session is tailored to your needs to help you reach your goals. Our clients range from professional actors and dancers to world-class skaters and gymnasts to weekend warriors.

Because GYROTONIC® Manhattan is also a Teacher Training Center, you can request a session with one of our Master Teachers!

All GROUP Classes are one-hour length unless noted otherwise. All sessions can be paid for individually or as a discounted Pre-Paid Package of 10.
