Private and Semi-Private Sessions are available at GYROTONIC® Manhattan seven days a week by appointment only. Each Private or Semi-Private Session is tailored to your needs in order to help you reach your goals. GYROTONIC® Manhattan clients range from dancers and actors to world-class athletes and weekend warriors. Because GYROTONIC® Manhattan also serves as a Teacher Training Center, you can request a session with one of our Authorized Master Trainers, including Sebastian Plettenberg, Erika Hassan and Mariarosa Guglielmi.
